The
Overall Purpose of Surplus Property:
Generally, surplus pickups are done on a
first come, first serve basis. We
sometimes have to adjust this based on the
help we have on hand for larger pickups.
With that being said,
if you know you have a
large pickup that will require at least 2 of
us, or you are under a deadline to get
something removed, please inform ICSP a couple of days in
advance so we can make
arrangements to take care of your surplus
needs on time.
When sending an equipment disposition
form to ICSP, you may send it by campus mail
or
by fax to (704)687-6593. To
avoid duplicate information and confusion, please send a form through fax
or mail,
not both.
  
Bid Information:

UNC Charlotte ICSP follow guidelines in accordance
to the NC State Surplus agency. See link
on sidebar for information about the bid
process.

Bids are usually generated every one to
two months.

If a person is interested in viewing an
item or items on bid, they may come by
on Thursdays
between 9:00am and 12:00pm to
view these items. If you would like to
see items on bid at another time during
our business hours Monday through Friday
8:00am to 5:00pm, you can call Dan
Schulte at
687-6296 to make an appointment or
schedule a pickup.
