UPS Campus Ship Account Setup
1. The Principle Investigator for the account
will have to initiate authorization for any user to access
UPS CampusShip. The following information will be
required by the UPS administrator to set-up a new account.
a) Name of new user
b) Email address
c) Phone number
d) Department name and building location
e) Account numbers authorized to use.
f) Employee ID number
2. The new user will receive two (2) emails from UPS
customer service once they are set- up and should use this to
log on the site to change their password to a permanent one.
The administrator will provide training if needed by new
users once an account has been established.
Departments should be aware that account numbers can ONLY be
assigned to ONE location at a time. You will not be able to
have the same account number assigned to multiple locations.
3. To receive shipping supplies you should contact
customer service at 1-800-742-5877 and give your name and
location and they will send them to you.
4. It is recommended to use one of the drop boxes
located around campus to ship your next day air letters or
express boxes and only use schedule of packages that won't
fit in the drop box.
5. It is the Department's responsibility to notify
the Administrator when a user is no longer authorized access
to Campus ship.
Location of Drop Boxes are:
a) By the Colvard Building
b) In front of Prospector
c) By the Dock of College of Education
e) By the Dock of Grigg Hall
